What's learned: Potty training, socialization, sit, down, stay, leave it, basic recall and much more. Each session, you'll learn about your puppy and why he does what he does. You'll do examples with your puppy to understand how he learns, and you'll be able to apply the training to various situations. 

This is for puppies 6 months or younger. If there is anything specific you would like your dog to learn as a puppy command, please feel free to ask!

What's included: We will work with your pup on anything listed above, and get them started off into being a well-behaved member of the family. To keep your puppy learning effectively, sessions can be scheduled 1 to 4 times per week.

Sessions will range from 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the puppy's attention span. 

Price: $60 per session. Your first session is $40.

What's learned: Basic Recall, basic off leash heeling, more difficult sits and downs, extended stays, out of site stays, basic manners or anything listed above in Puppy Protocol.

This is for dogs 6 months to 6 years old. If there is anything specific you would like your dog to learn, please do not hesitate to let me know! Your dog's training will be specifically for what you want.

What's included: We will work with your dog on anything listed above, and apply the training to your daily activities, as well as teach you and your family how to keep your dog well-behaved when guests are over, when you're at the park, or any settings you choose in order to keep you both happy.

Old Dogs & New Tricks

What's learned: We can teach your dog any basic obedience commands and work on manners of your choosing! 

This is for dogs 6 years and older. Older dogs can learn new tricks, and we will show you how - you'll be surprised at just how much they can change when they want to.

What's included: We will work with your dog on anything listed above, and apply the training to your daily activities, as well as provide insight as to why your dog does what he or she does.

To keep your dog learning effectively, sessions can be scheduled 2 to 4 times per week. Sessions will typically be about 60 minutes long. 

Price: $65 per session. Your first session is $40.

Relentless Recall

What's learned: Teaching your dog to come when called in challenging and distracting environments. If your dog learns difficult recalls quickly, we'll move onto recall + sit when called.

What's included: Working on recall with settings and difficulty specific to your dog, and we will increase the level of difficulty as your dog progresses.

To keep your dog learning effectively, sessions can be scheduled 2 to 4 times per week.

Sessions will range between 45-60 minutes, depending on the dog's attention span. 

Price: $65 per session. Your first session is $40.

bad behaviors Consultation

What's learned: We discuss and observe a behavior you want your dog to stop doing, and problem solve on how to get a desired behavior instead. This can include reactive dogs, but I do not work with dogs who have physically harmed other dogs or people. For recommendations on aggressive dog behavior and appropriate trainers, feel free to contact me!

What's included: One consultation  with a document outlining what specifically can be worked on in order to prevent, diminish or altar your dog's bad behavior, as well as one follow up session. Information on why your dog may be doing what he or she is doing, and how to make small changes in your daily routine in order to turn the behavior around. Depending on the behavior, the consultation can range from 1 to 2 hours.

Price: $200 for a complete consultation about the behavior, written description of how to handle the behavior, recommendations on training and any potential tools, and 1 follow up session to assess improvements in the behavior. BAD BEHAVIORS - SESSIONS

What's learned: This package is available after the original Bad Behaviors package, or alone; it depends on what the unwanted behavior is. For Bad Behaviors – Sessions, I aid you as you control the rewards for your dog in each session. We discuss opportunities in your daily life where you can practice a good behavior, and we practice those during the sessions. Bad Behaviors include, (but not limited to):

• Separation Anxiety

• Social Anxiety

• Fear Aggression

• Dominance Aggression

• Jumping & Play Biting

• Counter-Surfing

What's included: Practicing eliminating the bad behavior by replacing it with a good behavior, including advice on opportunities for training in your daily life and time for questions and discussion of the bad behaviors. The total time for each session will be about 45 to 60 minutes.

Intro to Beginner novice

What's learned: An introduction to the start of AKC Obedience or AKC Rally Obedience. I can help guide you and give you a feel of the AKC competition world and explain a bit about what activities are done and what you and your dog need to know. While there is no prerequisite, we will need to determine if your dog is ready for this training. If you decide you would like to compete with your dog, I will be more than glad to point you in the right direction to continue AKC Obedience and AKC Rally Obedience training.

What's included: This can include heeling on and off leash, heeling with or without signals, figure 8, single command recall, finishing your dog left and right, 1 minute sit and 3 minute down. To keep your dog learning effectively, sessions can be scheduled 1 to 2 times per week. 

Sessions will range between 45-60 minutes, depending on the dog.

task training

What's learned: This package is for those of you who would like their dog to learn a specific task. Prices will be determined by the task and the dog. Please note the potential traveling fee at the bottom of this page. Please feel free to ask me about this!
